Magnetic Ball Propulsion Device (energy source)

[Thess are some ideas with no real understanding of science (and in the case of the theory) how magnets really work. Before I re-realized that magnets have two poles, and then finding out that they're incapable (at least at this time) of having one - I was under the assumption that you could have a magnet with (what I called a positive charge) a pulling effect and one with (what I called a negative charge) a pushing effect.
... Something like that. Just some ideas with no knowledge if they're even at all possible]:

*Two magnets pushing against eachother should create energy [under the assumption that magnetic fields can increase in strength, then be directed (channeled) and then converted to electricity, or the magnetic energy itself can be used... as energy; maybe it flows and can be tapped like electricity]. And if it can be directed could become an energy source. The more they push together the more energy they produce*

Theory: A magnetic ball with a "positive" (pull) charge in the middle of "negative" (push) charged magnets, which surround and contain the magnetic ball (though broken up like a puzzle so that they can be pulled in closer [to a point where they might actually come together and completely contain the ball, also so that the energy produced can escape and then be contained in a second containment).
To keep the device as self-contained as possible the container magnets could be set up so that at the furthest distance apart they are from eachother they still levitate. Meaning the container magnets are pushing against eachother and still being pulled in by the magnet ball; thus, producing energy. To increase the energy [the pull of the magnetic ball on the container magnets] that slight energy being produced can be collected (and instead of powering other systems) is channeled to the magnetic ball to feed itself. The more energy production you wish to create the more you capture the energy being produced and direct it back to feed the magnetic ball; when you've achieved desired output it can be locked into place [the magnetic ball now attracts (pulls)at its new energy level] and the energy being produced can be diverted to where it's needed. Though, if that is not possible a steady supply of the energy being produced will need to be diverted to the magnetic ball- to maintain its energy level. To increase output you have to increase input. [I'm guessing alot of math would be needed to firgure out all the ratios -but, I pretty much forgot how to do division, so...]

*The second containment could be a magnetized sphere with a magnetic grade so that the contained energy can be directed to the opening, or openings... whatever.
