Why Take Pride In Stupidity?

1) Freedom is truly a beautiful thing. It isn't really necessary in a society, but it is the most amazing privilege. It is something beautiful, and absolutely crucial to justice. But it also has a dark side. Sometimes, people forget how lucky they are to have it and they abuse it. What is worse, they wear this insanity as a badge of honor, boasting of their rebelliousness. Why? Sometimes, it is good to rebel, against injustice, cruelty, selfishness, but why would anyone rebel against a fair, and generally benevolent force? The answer, ladies and gentlemen, is stupidity.
Just because you have the freedom to do something doesn't mean it is right.

2) People are often cruel. People are often ignorant. There isn't really much you can do. All one can really hope to accomplish is be as just and kind of an individual as possible. You cannot choose for anyone else. You can try to help others, but they rarely listen. And sometimes, being good is hard for you yourself. Especially when interacting with those who are less than perfect. Sometimes, humans are completely blinded by anger and make bad decisions, and it really isn't our fault, because we can't ever really be perfect. Some people just make you want to scream and swear, and send them a virus…but you can't. Because that would just add fuel to the fire. Revenge is a strange thing…it seems so sweet, but it never really helps anyone. It just creates a war. It's a hard, but when one encounters another person that is simply insufferable, and one must learn to let it go and ignore them. That, ladies and gentlemen, is very difficult, believe me. But in the end, it's all one can do.
