Internet realationships lead to many opinions and judgements. I myself have my own opinions towards them and i have heard many people's opinions towards them.. i feel that this is a topic that should be written about.
When i first got the internet i told myself i would never fall for anyone online because internet realationships are just plain "stupid" and they never work and i always thought how can someone so called "love" someone who lives miles away..
there are people that are all for the whole realationships "online" and there are people who are totally against them. I am sort of stuck in between these to opinions.. i am for them for some reasons and i am against them for some reasons.
Some people including me find it way easier to express feelings and tell people things online then face to face.. It is also way easier to tell people things and get advice and give it online then face to face.. sometimes when you say things to people face to face they laugh at you and you have to see there facial expressions online you don't.. and online they seem to be more understanding since they know you trust them enough to tell them these kinds of things.
others believe that telling feelings and other things are "dangerous" online.. although yes i know they are.. they are also dangerous in person. think about it.. the people you tell in person know way more personal info about you.. online you can limit how much info you give out.. and to people you know in person.. most of them know where you live and your full name..
My opinion towards so called "love" online has changed because of an expierience and all you people might find me totally hilarious for falling for someone i met online.. but like i said above it is extremly easier to comunicate and tell feelings to people online then face to face.. and the one that i have liked is to me the "perfect one" and yes i know things can totally take a change and ruin everything but that is a risk everyone has to take. and no i am not in a "internet realationship" cause i won't go out with him.. i feel that is a major risk.. i think people should meet first.. so me and him just remain good friends. This expierence has changed my whole perspective towards online realationships...
you all may think there is no purpose to this article but there is...
the point is that a million feelings/opinions are thrown out towards online realiationships sayin they are stupid or the perfect thing.. this just kind of puts some opinions together... if you find this stupid well then i'm sorry for wasting your time. |
