I am a guy.I am often leaving social events early. People seem to have a hard time remembering my name even when i have spent significant time with them. I am in college known for its dating and though i have tried have not gotten a single girl to go on a single date with me. I have never kissed a girl even though i am almost 19.

I don't know why but even when it is just me and a girl i am the only one who tries to initiate conversation. Which normally only gets me a brief answer and the another awkward silence follows till i say something else.

I normally make good friends with guys until we start hanging out with girls. Then they just stop inviting me to things. I go to church and go to every dance and social activity available yet still no close friends.

I don't even know what i expect to get out of posting here but i have just left another social event that involved finding a girl partner and doing certain games with them. No one wanted to be my partner so i left.

It may be totally easy for some, but for others it is quite difficult. sharp, I'm not sure from your post whether you have an anxiety issue or whether you just need to brush up on your social skills (are you presenting yourself right, do you say the right things, etc). If the latter, there is definitely a lot of advice on asking a girl out to be found on the internet.
