hey, just been to my CPN, well a week ago and she thinks i have this with BPD. Any ideas what this is exactly. they keep giving me these different diagosis doing my head in really. Wish it wud all just go away. See i go from being depressed to feeling like i can be and do anything. Don'tknow what to do ahhhhhhhhhh!!!

You know whats cool about these fourms, we can go back and see what we were going through, how we were feeling, and it shows us, we do get through stuff, tough stuff.
Not quite sure about elemtary bipolar.. I've had bipolar diagnosis years ago, it is hard when they tell you different things. Hang in there

yeah never thought of it like that kind of like a diary i guess but with other people. How do you feel having bipolar? is it really similar to BPD. just confused. big hug.xx

The thing that I don't get about bipolar is that the phases are supposed to be pretty long from what I read, even in the "fast cycling". What about if you feel great one day and s--- the next for months and months? And can't make plans in advance to go out with ppl because you can't predict whether you'll be a monster on that day or not?
