| If you go to a counselor at your school, they WILL make a big deal of it. They WILL call your parents. They WILL find you a physiatrist. They WILL call you down to their office at least once a week to talk to you. Only tell a counselor if you want to get help (does that make sense?). | |

| Ive tryed drugs before. it doesnt do anything for me i think thats why im resorting to self harm. At the moment it just sounds like the best option, even though ive been told many times its bad and the scars will always be there. That it doesnt solve anything. I feel as if i could in some way, even make me feel a little better for 10mins... | |

Oh, yeah, if you start cutting and like it, telling someone with any power to change things will ruin everything. Of course, after you make everyone around you understand that you won't be stopping just because they say so, you won't get much s--- for it. This goes double for making people realize that if they push too far, you won't be the only person you'll cut. This goes (some higher multiplier) for making them realize that if cutting other people doesn't work, you're willing to kill yourself at any time. :D We're not sure where I was going with this, but . . .yeah. There you go. ^-^ |

| Well, then, I suppose I don't have to tell you never to cut your penis. For all the guys that may read this, however: Don't f---ing cut your penis! (Especially with an erection. . . .) | |

| Well, So Confused, when you run out of room on the rest of your body, or when you don't want to cut around an area that's already fairly sore from other wounds, you start looking for other places. I, for two, will never try it again, no matter how short on cut-able skin I become. V_V | |

Of course you can go over the same place. Before and after it heals. I don’t suggest doing it this time, unless you want just one cut, because it hurts like a mother to go just go over one spot ever and over. It’s your first time, maybe you should make multiple as opposed to one big huge deep one. But, its your choice. And, if you meant what if you run out of room completely, like, it’s all scarred, you can go over the scars. You might even end up drawing pictures (I like doing that) and to make them scar better, you go over them after they heal. |

You can go over the same place multiple times, and, in fact, I do it quite often, but you shouldn't make the wound too deep, and cutting multiple times in the same open wound will make it deeper each time. After the wound(s) heal up a bit, re-cutting them is fine (although, they may break open in places that aren't fully or properly healed just yet). Just for you information, the more thin the cut is, the more stinging there will generally be. Cuts that are more wide/thick tend not to sting as badly, but they can be painful if not properly dealt with. Knives give wider cuts, while razors (particularly ones from a shaving razor) make very thin cuts, and they're usually pretty shallow. By the way, I forgot to mention this, but it is MUCH easier to cut on a shaved or otherwise hairless area of skin than it is to cut on areas with hair. The hair just gets in the way and will usually allow the blade to slide along the surface instead of penetrate the skin. Basically, just shave or wax wherever you're going to cut to make it easier. |

| Yes, sorry, I tend to ramble on as I talk to myself in my mind. That being said, you should probably wash whatever you're using to cut yourself, along with the cuts you make, after each . . . "session". If you have antibacterial wipes, going over freshly made cuts feels so great, and the more open cuts, and the deeper the cuts are, the better the feeling. I just thought you'd like to know that. ^-^ | |
