| How is it possible that I can come to grips with the reality that I 'could' be BPD? I was told I was over 3years ago and refused to accept that label. I stopped taking the meds and never went back to that psychiatrist. Now 3 years later I think that it may be true? My current psychiatrist refused to label me so now I have about 4 different diagnosis. No meds have worked to stabilize my mood. I am currently starting my 5th mood stabilizer med since Feb. I truly want to scream..I feel like I am in the exorcist and my head is spinning 360. It won't stop and I am so frustrated. How can I cope without the permanent relief? | |

do you know why you didn't want to accept it when you first got diagnosed? it works sometimes to talk to somebody, but i don't know if it works for you? |

I didnt want to accept it because all the symptoms didnt fit at that time and it just seemed so severe. I also see a therapist as well and I still am in denial, even though I have been honest about all the crazy unbelievable things I do and started DBT therapy... |

| If there is someone you trust, someone who accepts who you are for what you are, then it helps to let your feelings out to them. But a lot of people here including me don't have a person like that .. well saying don't give up yet because right now there are still options, right? | |
