first time with a Therapist

	My doctor referred me to see a therapist for anxiety. i am not sure what to expect...I have an apoointment on the 15th.. anyone who sees a therapist have any pointers?

	I don't see a therapist, but I think you should probably get to know them a little before you start pourin out your inner thoughts .. they might misinterpret it at first if they don't know you or if they're that type.
