group therpy is great, try to develop a support system of positive people. For me in the past it has been hard to do because my picker is broke, it seems I'm always drawn to broken people. If you lean on a broken fence not only does the fence fall so do you. Try to find people who might have had some same negitive experiences as you but have overcome them.

you are lucky to be a part of a group like u r Stephie, you can develop lifelong bonds with some of these people. Some people sound good and got the lingo all down, but don't walk their talk. Actions always speak louder than words.

thanks racyandy. yeah i have met some positive people. There is one girl similar age to me but she did go bad through a bad patch and bought me down a bit. But we helped eachother. We only met 4 weeks ago and seems like i've known her ages. Is good to find someone who is in same position as yourself.xx
