How do you tell your parents that your depressed?

Its so difficult, I decide to do it and then I see them and I cant

umm, i havent told my mum, but iv told my dad.. i guess its easier if you dont get to see them often.
when i told dad i was really hesitant, and you just try to put it gently tho i know its hard. as long as u are ready to tell them and you know they will help or understand then just let it all out and say everything.
yer i want to tell my mum but i know she will overreact and blame herself.. *rolls eyes* but theres nothing i can do bout that, just gotta wait for the right time
