	Well i dont think it is substance abuse that is making me worse because i only tried acid once and the only other drug i do is ecstacy which is actually proven to lower anxiety and paranoia levels.

	Anything done in moderation and responsiblity probally won't cause harm, just be careful. Alot of times effects from street drugs seem like mental illness when there is none and sometimes if there is a preexisting problem drugs can make it worse. Its also hard to get a accurate diagnosis if there is substance use that the doctor is unaware of.
