sometimes we are in denial. we might deny because we actually don't really know what we want. maybe she meant nothing to u consciously. but sub-consciously u might have liked her company. just the company. so now u feel empty not having her. so u tend to feel down because u feel empty. and the feeling of emptiness n down could trigger u to cry.

Mind if I ask another question? This isn't about bpd.

Ok so lately my paranoia has spiked, example being I'm in my bed but I'm afraid to turn the light off
And that is making it hard to sleep lol

hmm..i might not really know about this. i might not be a help..
but does your paranoia subside by time? if yes, then for time being, u might need a company to sleep. maybe u have friend who can company u or something?
