I took that personality disorder test. It says I was VERY HIGH in Schizotypal. I have no idea what that is. But then I read about it and it pretty much explained some things about me. BUT then I thought that I was just paranoid because I got HIGH in that too. What are these symptoms? Schizotypal, paranoid, or something else?! 1. Ever since I have seen the movies The Exorcist and The Exorcism Of Emily Rose, I have seriously been so anxious and paranoid that I was going to get possessed. D: 2. I CAN NEVER SLEEP. I think I have insomnia. Does it have to relate to this? 3. I think very deeply into things and such and look for meanings behind things. 4. I have to knock-on-wood everytime I say something that needs knocking.. 5. I have a hard time telling stories.. I usually get sidetracked and I zone out from telling it and sometimes it just doesn't make sense. 6. In school I could NEVER concentrate.. Can someone help me? THANKS! |

it could be two things combined. most personality disorders are not completly by the book, you could have a bit of this and a bit of that. with a wave of the other ;) |

@lovex33 I AM THE EXACT SAME WAY WITH ALL OF THOSE THINGS YOU LISTED. I've been diagnosed with ADD for four years, but always showed signs of it. That could be the cause for your concentration and insomnia, because i too never ever ever sleep. My doctor told me that insomnia and ADD are often related because it's hard for our brains to wind down and often go, as you said deeply into things or everywhere at night. I've been doing a lot of research lately about personality disorders, and their relation to ADD and they are highly linked. Since I've been dealing with ADD all my life, i'd say that's what you have. Its different from ADHD, and i recommend talking to your doctor or parents about diagnosing you because insomnia only gets WORSE. and school becomes a real struggle for kids with ADD. Medication does help ALOT |

| I agree with tigers. Haveing ADD makes school hard for ppl tht don't take the medication. my friends have ADD but they have taken medication. I have insomnia too but not ADD. I have been called a schiophrenic(by a schizophrenic) so i kinda know how they behave. I think u may have ADD. If you are really random then u might have tht. i recommend that you research the disorders u think u have. | |
