Sometimes when I feel Really depressed I hear this strange mocking, echoing
laughter like voice in my head. Or I am just feeling like I am hearing it... Its a little
hard to explain... Its like words but still not quite like actual real words.

I definitely do recognize that is in my head only and not some external voice, but
it is also real enough to recognize it as something familiar every time it happens.
And its real enough to cause some anxiety even if I know its only in my head...
Or maybe its the anxiety that is causing it... What ever...

Is this a hallucination ?

if you look up hallucination up on google it will come up with

- A mild form of hallucination is known as a disturbance, These may be things like seeing movement in peripheral vision, or hearing faint noises and voices.

I will sometimes be laying in my bed at night and hear the sound our door bell makes. but they is always no one there. And i'll be sitting watching tv and I will see flashes go by. I look in that direction and they disappear. I stare at a wall or a tree or something for awhile(I do this alot) and it will fall down towards me. I also get rushes of anxiety all the time. According to google- There are many causes of hallucinations, including:

Being drunk or high, or coming down from such drugs as marijuana, LSD, cocaine or crack, heroin, and alcohol
Delirium or dementia
Fever, especially in children and the elderly
Sensory problem, such as blindness or deafness
Severe illness, including liver failure, kidney failure, and brain cancer
Some psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, psychotic depression

The only reason that I can think of the cause of my hallucinations is psychiatric disorder. In the test I got very high in paranoid so maybe that is the cause for me.

Maybe take the test and then go from there.
