| i have two bestfriends that i trust but it took much longer than other people would to trust someone. i also scored very high in everything but ocd. i feel like im being watched all the time. even when im alone like when im trying to get to sleep in the dark i feel someone is watching and waiting to hurt me. | |

This forum isn't very helpful. It's just people saying there syptoms and stories. However, it is good to hear other people have the same problems. May I say that this test is for entertainment purposes. On the other hand I knew I was paranoid before I took the test and I got a result of very high. I also scored very high in avoidant. When I researched into it it does seem true and I think it's linked to my paranoia. Too scared to see my gp for a referal though and I don't want to tell my family because I don't know what they will think of me. I don't have any close enough friends to talk about it to so they just think I'm strange because I say very little. Which is because when I do speak out loud it's stuttered and I often overcomplicate things. By the way if you did read all this then fair do's to you my friend. Hope someone with some proper knowledge of these problems can right on here. It would help alot |

I tested very high for paranoia and i am... I feel its gotten worse since I've had my son. I have irrational fears which are made worse by movies. i use to love horror flicks.. now i cant even stand seeing previews to them. I'm afraid someone is going to butcher me in my sleep..or break into my house and attack me sexually. i live in a very small town and its a nice safe place, but thats how the seem on tv.. ya know? I ranked "high" on avoidance and the one that started with a D i forgot this is what mine said i copy and pasted it... This " just for fun depression quiz" made me feel worse because when i read what they said.. it was 100% me.. I have tried getting a councilor but I can't open up.. just thinking about opening up makes my chest tighten .. | Hello, i scored high on paranoid but moderate or low on everything else. This is not really news to me but it seeing the results has made me think about really doing something about it! I think my paranoia stems from a very uncertain childhood where there was a lot of arguements going on around me and some violence where i never really knew when things would flare up, i guess it may have grown out of my anticipation of trouble? Im also pretty self-conscious and have trouble in seeing how people perceive me, i worry a lot that people dont really see the real me! Id like to hear about how people have dealt with similar things and also discuss things a bit further because i think im only really scratching the surface of my issues. | |
