I often feel like im being watched. Even at night when its just me in my room. i feel there is someone waiting to get me. waiting in the darkness watching and following me. Its starting to really get to me. Even in day light when im walking home from school i have this feeling someone is following me. Does anyone else feel the same? also i often feel like when i hear people whispering and laughing its at me. even if its people i dont know. Does anyone else get these feelings? |

That's ok and yea I have the same feeling. I don't hear whispering but I hear people running and walking behind me. My problem isn't that they are watching me though, its that they want to stab me |

I get this feeling too that people are out to get me and being watched in the street.Also like you if people start laughing i think they are laughing at me or i have something on my face or something.I hate this feeling. Its only wen i get really down i feel this but even when im high sumtimes and this brings me back to a low mood. Its strange, dont get it.xx | |

Delirius, i feel like not that they want to stab me but want to hurt me in some form but i dont feel i can talk to my folks about it but lucky for me i have two of the greatest friends to talk to and it did take me a while to trust them though. does anyone else take a long time to trust people? sometimes i never truelly trust some people. |
