It can be created when the Wolfman (ENTJ Boss) accuses you of being a Nark (Narcissus Disorder).

And the Ice Queen has you captive, until you can fashion the ice splinters into your new game.

It's sad that that sounds completely normal to me. Ha! Now I can't stop laughing! I have to go watch nanny 911 and try out my cats food, It smells delishious!
