2.0a) You are not allowed to post vulgar or explicit materials. The only three sections of this site that constitute exceptions to this rule are the Flame Board, the Sex Board, and the Junk Board.

2.0b) You are not allowed to harass, threaten, embarass, or defame another visitor or group of visitors to 4degreez.com. The only section of this site that constitutes an exception to this rule is the Flame Board. Please be advised that certain threats are unlawful and therefore are not allowed anywhere on this site, including the Flame Board.

2.0c) You are not allowed to repeatedly send unwanted messages to other visitors.

2.0d) You are not allowed to post personal information about any other individual on any section of 4degreez.com. There are no exceptions to this rule. Personal information includes, but is certainly not limited to, real names, phone numbers, pictures, and things told in confidence.

2.0f) You are not allowed to disrupt the normal flow of conversation in the discussion sections of 4degreez.com. Most discussion sections are centered around particular topics. You are not allowed to significantly divert conversation away from these topics.

2.0g) You are not allowed to "flood" any section of 4degreez.com. Flooding is defined as posting similar or exact copies of text or other content over and over, causing other content to be pushed out of view. In some cases, posting a large amount of diverse content can also be viewed as flooding if it has a disruptive effect.

2.0h) You are not allowed to attempt to gain access to other visitors' accounts. You are not allowed to ask for another member's password.

2.0i) You are not allowed to collect private or personally-identifying information from other visitors, including, but not limited to, passwords, ages, real names, e-mail addresses, street addresses, pictures, and phone numbers.

2.0j) You are not allowed to use subversive means (such as "hacking") to disrupt or damage any sections of 4degreez.com. Such activities are illegal. If you engage in such activities, your ISP will be informed of your activities, and legal action may be initiated.
Section 2.1 - Repercussions for Rule Violations
4degreez.com reserves the right to terminate your membership or access to the website at any time and for any reason. Violation of the rules presented in this document may result in termination of membership or access. Other potential repercussions include, but are not limited to, demotion of your "member status" and denial of access to specific services provided by 4degreez.com. Serious offenses may warrant legal action.

4degreez.com contains links to other websites. 4degreez.com does not necessarily have any connection to these websites and 4degreez.com is not responsible for their content.
