This star rating tells how relevant, meaningful, inspirational, etc. any given quote is. But who are we to decide? That's why The Quotation Station has created this democratic system of rating our quotations. Any visitor to this site can help us rate them! How it works is this: You are presented with five random quotations at a time. Their ratings are not shown. You place a 0 to 5 rating in a little box above each quote, then press submit. In an instant, your ratings are averaged in with the existing ratings of those quotes! When rating quotations, please do not hesitate to give 0-star ratings to quotes that don't appeal to you. A 0-star rating is perfectly valid. Likewise, feel free to give 5-star ratings to quotations that truely inspire. Please do not intentionally give inaccurate star ratings to our quotes. Our software has a series of data checks to make sure you are entering valid star ratings, and if it detects unusual ratings, it will not add the data to our database (even though to you, it will appear as if it is).
